Whole Plate is a 3-bone slab; Korean Style are thinly sliced perpendicular to the bone; B's Style are blocks of ribs cut to about a 3 inch cube.
Perfect for winter feasts and rich sauces. Each whole plate weighs between 3.5-4 pounds.
