Available by the whole hog, this is our most cost-effective way to fill your freezer with custom pork cuts.
Great for families, food lovers, or anyone who appreciates full access to the nose to tail experience.
Here's what to expect:
1. Place your deposit today to secure your spot in line.
2. We will be in touch with you soon to let you know when you're next in line. We will collect your cut instructions so that we know exactly how you like your pork cut, packaged, and prepared.
3. We will harvest your hog and let you know when it will be ready to pick up.
4. At pick up, the balance will be due. We charge based on the carcass weight of the hog.
If you select a whole pork, the price per pound is $5.50 per carcass pound. On average, a whole carcass weighs between 180-220 pounds and will cost between $990-1,210.
If you select a BBQ hog, the price per pound if $3.75 per carcass pound. On average, a BBQ hog weighs between 75-125 pounds and will cost between $280-475.
