The KanKan Chops are a special treat as they are cut to include parts of the belly adding a delicate yet bold flavor profile from the side meat.

Traditional Chops contain four chops and range between 1.4-1.7 pounds.
Thick-Cut and Stuffed Chops contain two chops and range between 1.2-1.7 pounds.
Smoked Chops contain two chops and range between 1-1.2 pounds.
KanKan Chops contain two chops and range between 2.5-3 pounds.
